Regulations Governing the Administration of Credit Rating Agencies Article 4
A credit rating agency shall be organized in the form of a company limited by shares, unless otherwise provided in these Regulations.The paid-in capital of a credit rating agency shall not be less than NT$50 million, and shall be fully subscribed by the promoters upon issuance.
