Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities Article 34
Matters related to centralized depository, book-entry transfer, and other relevant matters which have not been provided for under these Regulations shall be governed by the business operation rules prescribed by the CSDE.When a customer applies to a participant for centralized custody and book-entry transfer operations in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Electronic Signatures Act, they are exempt from presenting their passbook to the participant. The customer's specimen chop or signature shall be in the form of a digital signature.
