Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities Article 21
A customer, upon withdrawing securities deposited with a CSDE, shall present to the participant the passbook and a withdrawal slip which has been properly affixed with a specimen of the chop or signature originally used.A participant shall, upon receiving a customer's request for withdrawal as referred to in the preceding paragraph, notify the CSDE by keying into the computer information regarding the types and quantities of securities to be withdrawn, and shall submit an application for withdrawal to the CSDE on the same date; the CSDE shall, upon receipt of the application, make necessary record entries on the participant's account books on the following business day.

客戶領回集中保管之有價證券，應提示存摺並填具領回憑條加蓋原留印鑑或簽名，向參加人提出。
參加人接獲客戶前項請求，應將申請領回有價證券之種類及數量，輸入電腦通知保管事業，並應於當日向保管事業提出申請；保管事業接獲申請後，應於次一營業日於參加人帳簿為必要之記載。
