Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities Article 2
Securities in the custody of a centralized securities depository enterprise (below, "CSDE") and eligible for book-entry transfer shall be limited to one of the following:1. Securities listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE).2. Securities traded over the counter of securities firms.3. Other securities approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC).

證券集中保管事業（以下簡稱保管事業）所保管之有價證券得為帳簿劃撥者，以下列為限：
一、在證券集中交易市場上市之有價證券。
二、在證券商營業處所買賣之有價證券。
三、其他經行政院金融監督管理委員會（以下簡稱本會）核定之有價證券。
