Regulations Governing the Administration of Shareholder Services of Public Companies Article 23
When a shareholder processes the transfer of stock certificates on his own behalf due to a direct private transfer of securities, the procedures shall be as follows:1. Transfer application completed by both parties and signature or chops affixed on the backside of the stock certificate.2. Proof that the securities transaction tax has been paid.

股東因私人間直接讓受實體股票自行辦理過戶者，依下列規定辦理：
一、讓受雙方填具過戶申請書及於股票背面簽名或蓋章。
