Regulations Governing Public Tender Offers for Real Estate Investment Trust Beneficiary Securities Article 4
The term "tenderer" as used in these Regulations means a person that intends to sell real estate investment trust beneficiary securities that are to be acquired in the tender offer and that are held by the tenderer.
