Regulations Governing Securities Investment and Futures Trading in Taiwan by Mainland Area Investors Article 38
The scope of futures trading under these Regulations is restricted to contracts traded on the TAIFEX and announced by the Competent Authority as contracts that futures commission merchants are permitted to trade for customers.
