Regulations Governing Share Repurchase by Exchange-Listed and OTC-Listed Companies Article 6

A company repurchasing its own shares shall enter the information specified in Articles 2 and 3, and in the preceding article into the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).For matters required to be reported or publicly announced under these Regulations, the reporting and public announcement is complete once the company has transmitted the information to the MOPS.
