Regulations Governing Share Repurchase by Exchange-Listed and OTC-Listed Companies Article 13

These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance.The amended articles of these Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of Article 10-1 as amended and issued on 16 March 2007, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2008, the proviso to paragraph 3 of Article 8 as amended and issued on 22 August 2012, which shall enter into force from the fiscal year of 2013, and Articles 2 and 6 as amended and issued on 22 January 2026, which shall enter into force from 1 May 2026.
