The Organic Act of the Financial Examination Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission Article 1
The Financial Supervisory Commission establishes the Financial Examination Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”) for purposes of the supervision and examination of financial institutions and the formulation, planning, and implementation of related policies, laws, and regulations.
