(Purpose of Establishment)The Financial Supervisory Commission establishes the Insurance Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”) for purposes of the supervision and regulation of the insurance market and insurance enterprises, and the formulation, planning and implementation of related policies and regulations.
