Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area Article 72
Unless permitted by the competent authorities, no individual, juristic person, organization, or other institution of the Mainland Area may become a member of or hold a position in any juristic person, organization, or other institution of the Taiwan Area.Rules governing the granting of permission referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be drafted by the competent authorities concerned and submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval.
中文原文 臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例第72條
大陸地區人民、法人、團體或其他機構，非經主管機關許可，不得為臺灣地區法人、團體或其他機構之成員或擔任其任何職務。
