Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macau Article 46
Hong Kong or Macau Residents and approved or recognized juridical persons shall enjoy the right to file criminal and civil complaints should their rights be infringed in the Taiwan Area.Unapproved or unrecognized Hong Kong or Macau juridical persons shall enjoy the rights specified in the preceding paragraph to the extent that juridical persons from the Taiwan Area are accorded the same treatment in Hong Kong or Macau.Laws and regulations promulgated in the Taiwan Area on the right to file criminal and civil complaints of unrecognized foreign juridical persons, organizations, or other institutions shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to Hong Kong or Macau juridical persons, organizations, or other institutions.

香港或澳門居民及經許可或認許之法人，其權利在臺灣地區受侵害者，享有告訴或自訴之權利。
未經許可或認許之香港或澳門法人，就前項權利之享有，以臺灣地區法人在香港或澳門享有同等權利者為限。
依臺灣地區法律關於未經認許之外國法人、團體或其他機構得為告訴或自訴之規定，於香港或澳門之法人、團體或其他機構準用之。
