Organic Act of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan Article 13
The Council’s committee meeting shall be held monthly and convened by the Minister. The Minister may convene a provisional meeting if necessary.Issues regarding the Mainland policy and important measures related to Mainland affairs shall be decided by resolutions of the committee.
