Enforcement Rule of the Privatization of Government-Owned Enterprises Act Article 8
When the privatization is effected by negotiation in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Act, the reasons for adopting the negotiation method and the qualification requirements for an acceptable transaction counterpart shall be submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval.With respect to the privatization cases which have been approved by the Executive Yuan to be effected with a specific counter-party before the amendment of the Act on November 29, 2000, came into force, their privatization procedures may continue to be applied.

依本條例第六條第二項規定採協議方式為之時，應將採協議方式辦理之理由及徵求對象之資格條件等報請行政院核准。
本條例八十九年十一月二十九日修正施行前，已報經行政院核定並辦理洽特定對象之民營化案件，其有關移轉民營之程序，得繼續辦理。
