Enforcement Rule of the Privatization of Government-Owned Enterprises Act Article 16
The term "settlement" as referred to in paragraphs 3, 7 and 8 of Article 8 of the Act shall mean to settle and clear the service seniority and to make applicable payment. After the employees' accounts have been settled, their seniority of service shall start anew.
