Archives Act Article 1
This Act is enacted to refine the management of records by the government, to make records available and accessible to the public, and to optimize the functions of the records.Matters not covered by this Act shall be governed by other relevant laws and regulations.

為健全政府機關檔案管理，促進檔案開放與運用，發揮檔案功能，特制定本法。
