Regulation on the Performance Evaluation of State-Owned Enterprises Article 1
This Regulation is prescribed in accordance with Article 8 and 29 of the “Administrative Law of State-Owned Enterprise” to evaluate the performance and supervise the business development of state-owned enterprises.
