Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act Article 18
The circumstances "where the vital interests of any third parties may be adversely affected", as referred to under the subparagraph 3 of the proviso to paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the PDPA, shall mean the circumstances where any third parties' life, body, freedom, properties or other material interests may be harmed.
