Personal Data Protection Act Article 32
An incorporated foundation or an incorporated charity that brings a case to the court in accordance with this Chapter shall fulfill the following criteria:1.the total registered assets of an incorporated foundation shall be NT$10 million or more, or the total number of members of an incorporated charity shall be 100 or more;2.the protection of personal data shall be set forth as one of its purposes in its charter; and3.It shall have been established for more than three years following its receipt of the approval thereof.

依本章規定提起訴訟之財團法人或公益社團法人，應符合下列要件：
一、財團法人之登記財產總額達新臺幣一千萬元或社團法人之社員人數達一百人。
二、保護個人資料事項於其章程所定目的範圍內。
三、許可設立三年以上。
