Political Archives Act Article 14
When the provision of access to political archives is a matter of dispute, the NAA may invite relevant government agencies (institutions), representatives of civic groups, experts, and impartial citizens—excluding all the persons referred to in Article 11—to review the matter.The dispute handling procedures set out in the preceding paragraph and other tasks that must be performed shall be prescribed by the NAA.
