Reward Regulation on the Donation of Precious Documents by an Individual or Organization Article 7
Before the central archives competent authority accepts a donation of precious documents from an individual or organization, it shall review and ensure that such documents have permanent preservation value in accordance with its directions relevant to Regulation on Appraisal of Records Preservation Value.The process and result of examination of preceding paragraph shall notify that individual or organization.

檔案中央主管機關受理私人或團體捐贈珍貴文書，應依檔案中央主管機關訂定之檔案保存價值鑑定規範有關規定，審查確認該文書具有永久保存價值後，始得接受捐贈。
前項審查經過及結果應函知該私人或團體。
