Regulation Governing Interagency Collaboration on Research and Evaluation Matters for Agencies under the Executive Yuan Article 2
The National Development Council (hereinafter referred to as the NDC), National Science and Technology Council as the research and evaluation matters competent authorities (units) of agencies under the Executive Yuan, their collaborative responsibilities are as follows:1.The NDC shall be responsible for the management of individual projects, social development projects, and public construction projects, while the National Science and Technology Council shall be responsible for scientific and technological development projects, with comprehensive coordination by the NDC.2. The NDC will be responsible for the management of the administrative performance of the agencies under the Executive Yuan.3. For other research and evaluation matters, the NDC may collaborate the agencies under the Executive Yuan for assistance as necessary.

國家發展委員會（以下簡稱國發會）、科技部及行政院科技會報辦公室為行政院所屬機關之研考業務主管機關（單位），其工作配合聯繫如下：
一、關於個案計畫之管理，社會發展類計畫、公共建設類計畫由國發會負責，科技發展類計畫由科技部及行政院科技會報辦公室負責，並由國發會綜合辦理。
二、關於行政院所屬機關施政績效之管理，由國發會綜合辦理。
三、其他研考業務，國發會得視需要聯繫行政院所屬機關協助辦理。
