Organization Act of the National Development Council Article 7
Prior to the enforcement of this Act, the personnel without civil service qualification who have been approved for registration in accordance with the Temporarily Assigned Personnel Assignment Act may retain the civil service ranks and occupational grades of their original job titles until the end of employment.

本法施行前，原依派用人員派用條例審定准予登記有案之現職人員，其未具公務人員任用資格者，得繼續留任原職稱原官等之職務至離職時為止。
