Regulations for Levying the Management Fees at Science Parks Article 11

Except for the park enterprises and financial institutions located within the Science Park, other institutions, after signing an agreement with the Bureau or self-construction factory tenants on rented land, shall on the twentieth (20th) day of each month, on the first month of every quarter or on or before the twentieth (20th) day of January of every year take the payment notice issued by the Bureau and pay the management fees of that month, quarter or current year to the designated banks.Other institutions, if are allowed to self-construction on rented land, not only shall sign an agreement with the Bureau but shall also pay the management fees in accordance with the provision of the preceding paragraph following the date of obtaining the usage license.
