Act for Establishment and Administration of Science Parks Article 27
The competent authority may request approvals from the Executive Yuan for appropriating an exclusive fund from the Science and Technology Development Fund or from other development funds for investment in qualified science-based enterprises established in the park.The proportion of such investment to the total fund shall be set forth by means of agreements between the competent authority and the invested enterprises based on the categories of enterprise. The government investment shall not exceed forty-nine percent (49%) of the total amount of the capital invested on the science-based enterprises.

主管機關得報經行政院核准，在行政院國家科學技術發展基金或其他開發基金內指撥專款，對符合園區引進條件之科學事業參加投資。
前項投資額對其總額之比例，依事業類別，由雙方以契約定之。
但投資額以不超過該科學事業總投資額百分之四十九為限。
