To live up to requirements of development for the park, when the park is developed up to a certain scale, the competent authority shall request relevant authorities in respective levels to set up experimental elementary schools, bilingual departments or bilingual schools, kindergartens, nursery schools and baby care centres.Qualification of teachers and admission of students of such bilingual departments or bilingual schools shall be prescribed jointly by the Ministry of Education through consultation with the competent authorities.The funds required to operate the schools set up under Paragraph 1 shall be appropriated by the government through budgeting process and disbursed with tuition & fees, promotion education fee, and service revenues gained by science parks. All revenues and expenditures of such fees shall be covered in the operation funds for unified management.
