Management Regulations for Reuse of Industrial Waste in Science Parks Article 24
Where the reuse organization which accepts industrial waste proves to meet one of following items, the Bureau may order it to discontinue the acceptance of waste and request it to complete correction within a limited period of time:1. Where the sources, use of reusing and items of the reused products for the industrial waste prove inconsistent with the requirements of the consents set forth under the permission document2. Where its factory is found without the machinery and equipment as required under the permission document3. Where the quality of reused products proves inconsistent with the contents of the permission document4. Where it proves in violation of provisions set forth under Article 225. When the storage capacity of reused products surpasses the cumulative quantity of output during the last six months. However, those that have received consent from the Bureau or specified in the permission document shall not be subject to this restriction.Where the reuse organization proves in contradiction due to one of following items in sales or delivery of reused products, the Bureau may request it to complete correction within a limited period of time or to submit supplementary explanation. In the event that it fails to complete correction or clarify, the Bureau may order it to discontinue sales or delivery of reused products:1. Where the quality of the reused products proves inconsistent with the contents of the permission document2. Where the qualification requirements of a target of the reused product sales prove inconsistent with the contents of the permission document3. Where the use of the reused product proves ambiguous or proves inconsistent with the contents of the permission document4. Where it proves in violation of provisions set forth under Article 22In an event where the Bureau requests discontinuance from acceptance of waste, from sales or delivery of reused products in accordance with the preceding two paragraphs, the enterprise or the reuse organization shall not resume acceptance of waste, sales or delivery of reused products until it applies to the Bureau with evidence or explanation data to prove satisfactory completion of correction and is approved by the Bureau.

再利用機構收受事業廢棄物，有下列情形之一者，管理局得令其停止收受廢棄物，並要求其限期改善：
一、事業廢棄物來源、再利用用途或再利用產品項目未符合許可文件內容規定。
二、廠內未具備許可文件內容規定應有之設備。
三、再利用產品品質未符合許可文件內容。
四、違反第二十二條規定。
五、再利用產品貯存庫存量超出前六個月之累積產出量。
但庫存量經管理局同意或於許可文件另有載明者，不在此限。
再利用機構銷售、運送再利用產品，有下列情形之一者，管理局得要求限期改善或提出補充說明；如未改善或釐清者，管理局得令其停止銷售或運送再利用產品：
一、再利用產品品質未符合許可文件內容。
二、再利用產品銷售對象資格未符合許可文件內容。
三、再利用產品使用用途不明或未符合許可文件內容。
四、違反第二十二條規定。
前二項經管理局要求停止收受廢棄物、停止銷售或運送再利用產品者，應檢具改善情形證明文件或說明資料報請管理局核准後，始得恢復收受廢棄物、恢復銷售或運送再利用產品。
