Management Regulations for Reuse of Industrial Waste in Science Parks Article 18
Delivering the industrial waste to the reuse organization for reusing shall comply with the following methods by the enterprise or the reuse organization:1. Self-clearance2. Clearing by a lawful transport service authorized3. Authorizing a licensed public or private waste clearance organization to do so

事業廢棄物送往再利用機構再利用前之清除，由事業或再利用機構依下列方式為之：
一、自行清除。
二、委託合法運輸業代為清除。
三、委託領有廢棄物清除許可證之公民營清除機構清除。
