In submitting the application under the preceding article, the building owners shall attach the following documents:1. The basic information on the buildings.2. The documents describing the progress of the correction.3. The causes, computation and explanation of the reduction or extension of the time limit and the supporting documents thereof.4. Other relevant documents.

建物所有權人依前條規定提出申請時，應檢具下列申請文件：
