Clearing and transportation of renewable resources shall be carried out in the following ways:1. Producers or recyclers clear and transport by themselves.2. Producers or recyclers entrust a legal transport company or a clearance organization with a waste clearance permit to clear waste.

再生資源之清運，應依下列方式為之：
