Act for the Establishment of the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction Article 20
The Center shall adopt development goals and plans and submit them to the competent supervisory authority for approval, and shall amend them when appropriate based on the change of environment and types of disasters and submit the amendments for approval.The Center shall adopt annual business plans and budgets, and shall submit them to the board of directors for approval and thereafter submit them to the competent supervisory authority for reference.

本中心應擬訂發展目標及計畫，報請監督機關核定；並視環境與災害種類之變遷，適時修訂及報核。
本中心應訂定年度業務計畫及其預算，提經董事會通過後，報請監督機關備查。
