Regulations on Scientific and Technological Personnel Support for Military Activities Article 4
The Competent Authority in these Regulations shall refer to the National Science and Technology Council. The assisting government agencies shall refer to the Ministry of National Defense and the competent authorities in charge of other mobilization preparation programs.
