Regulations on Scientific and Technological Personnel Support for Military Activities Article 2
The provisions of these Regulations shall govern scientific and technological personnel support for military activities for the purpose of strengthening national defense scientific and technological capabilities. Matters not provided herein shall be subject to the provisions of other relevant laws and regulations.
