Government Scientific and Technological Research and Development Results Ownership and Utilization Regulation Article 12
The management and utilization of R&D results shall be periodically reported by the R&D implementing unit and also be assessed by the funding agency. The funding agency may consider the assessment outcome as criteria for the award of grants and sponsorship.In the event where the funding agency finds the R&D implementing unit’s non-compliance of rules and regulations, the funding agency may, in addition to notifying the R&D implementing unit to timely correct its non-compliance, decline to award grants or sponsorship in full or in part for a specific period, if necessary.

執行研究發展之單位應定期提報研發成果之管理及運用情形，並接受資助機關查核。
資助機關得將查核結果列為獎補助審查指標。
執行研究發展之單位經資助機關查核未依規定切實辦理者，除已依通知期限改善外，必要時，資助機關得於一定期間內不予全部或一部獎補助。
