Regulations for the Safekeeping and Use of the Executive Yuan National Science and Technology Development Fund Article 9
The Board shall meet once every two months. When necessary, the Convener may convene an emergency meeting. If the Convener cannot attend a meeting, he/she may delegate a member of the Board to act in his/her stead as Convener for that meeting.
