Regulations Governing Arts and Cultural Procurements by Juridical Persons or Groups in Receipt of Government Grants Article 1
This Regulation is promulgated in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Government Procurement Act and Paragraph 2 of Article 26 of the Cultural Fundamental Act.
