Regulations on the Conferment of the National Cultural Award by the Executive Yuan, R.O.C. Article 5
The awards will be presented in a public ceremony. A monetary award will also be presented.An award may not be granted where any of the following applies. Where an award has already been granted, the Ministry of Culture may request, upon reporting to the Executive Yuan, the withdrawal or revocation of the award and the return of the medal, award certificate, and monetary award:1. where there has been a serious breach of gender equality regulations;2. where there has been a serious breach of labor regulations;3. where there are falsehoods concerning the veracity of the claim to the prize; or4. where the nation’s image or the rights and interests of citizens have been damaged.

本獎章由本院以公開儀式頒給之，並頒給獎金。
有下列情形之一者，不得頒給本獎章；已頒給者，文化部得報請本院撤銷或廢止之，並追回本獎章、證書及獎金：
一、違反性別平等相關法規情節重大。
二、違反勞工相關法規情節重大。
三、受獎事蹟有虛偽不實情事。
四、損及我國國家形象或國人權益情事。
有下列情形之一者，不得頒給本獎章；已頒給者，文化部得報請本院撤銷或廢止之，並追回本獎章、證書及獎金：

二、違反勞工相關法規情節重大。
三、受獎事蹟有虛偽不實情事。
四、損及我國國家形象或國人權益情事。
