Regulations for Approving and Supervising Cultural Public-interest Trusts Article 29

When a cultural public-interest trust has terminated, the trustee(s) shall complete the following documents and shall, within fifteen days after obtaining the trust supervisor's acknowledgement, file with the competent authority:1. a trust business management report;2. final account books; and3. the ownership of the entrusted properties and the related opinion thereof.

文化公益信託關係消滅時，受託人應作成下列文件，並於取得信託監察人承認後十五日內，向主管機關申報：
