Enforcement Rules of the Culture and the Arts Reward and Promotion Act Article 3
“Cultural organizations” as mentioned in Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Act means the following types of organizations established in accordance with the law:Museums and art museums;Libraries, archives, and file archives;Memorial halls, culture halls, artifact museums, and exhibition halls;Theaters, opera houses, concert halls, performance halls, and experimental theaters;Culture centers, art centers, culture and the arts centers, and art museums;Living art centers; andOther organizations concerned with culture and the arts.

本條例第三條第二項第八款所稱文化機構，指依法令設立之下列機構：
一、博物館或美術館。
二、圖書館、資料館或檔案館。
三、紀念館、文化館、文物館或陳列館。
四、戲劇院、歌劇院、音樂廳、演藝廳或實驗劇場。
五、文化中心、藝術中心、藝文中心或藝術館。
六、生活美學館。
七、其他與文化藝術有關之機構。
一、博物館或美術館。
二、圖書館、資料館或檔案館。
三、紀念館、文化館、文物館或陳列館。
四、戲劇院、歌劇院、音樂廳、演藝廳或實驗劇場。
五、文化中心、藝術中心、藝文中心或藝術館。
