Culture and the Arts Reward and Promotion Act Article 25
Sources of the Foundation’s funding shall include:1. funds from the government budget;2. interest income;3. donations from domestic and foreign private and public organizations, groups, and individuals; and4. other income.The National Culture and Arts Foundation is exempted from the provisions of Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 3 of Article 19 of the Foundations Act in its use of property and donated property.Regulations governing the use and supervision of funds shall be drafted by the central supervisory authority.

國家文化藝術基金會之基金來源如下：
一、政府編列預算。
二、本基金之孳息收入。
三、國內外公私機構、團體或個人之捐贈。
四、其他收入。
國家文化藝術基金會財產之運用及捐助財產之動用，得不受財團法人法第十九條第三項第五款規定之限制。
前項基金運用及管理監督辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
