Regulations for Cultural and Arts Procurements Article 3
Procurement related to culture and the arts as defined in Paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the Act, and arts and culture procurement as defined in Paragraph 2 and these Regulations shall mean the purchase of labor and material related to culture and the arts.In the preceding Paragraph, “culture and the arts” shall mean those items listed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 of Culture and the Arts Reward and Promotion Act and the industries listed in Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act.

本法第二十六條第一項所稱文化藝術之採購、第二項及本辦法所稱藝文採購，指與文化藝術相關之勞務、財物採購。
前項文化藝術，指文化藝術獎助及促進條例第三條第二項各款事務或文化創意產業發展法第三條第一項各款產業內容及範圍。
