Regulations for Cultural and Arts Procurements Article 15
Organizations engaged in procurement related to culture and the arts shall clearly address protections for the rights and interests of vendors’ employees and subcontracted vendors’ employees in the contract. Vendors and subcontracted vendors shall abide by laws and regulations concerning labor and gender equality in employment.Organizations, upon finding that vendors or subcontracted vendors are in violation of labor or gender equality in employment laws, shall submit concrete evidence to the local labor authority or the Bureau of Labor Insurance for investigation.

機關辦理藝文採購，應就廠商工作人員及分包廠商工作人員之權益保障事項，明定於契約。
廠商及分包廠商並應遵守勞動法令、性別工作平等法等相關規定。
機關發現廠商或分包廠商有違反相關勞動法令、性別工作平等法等情事時，得檢附具體事證，主動通知當地勞工主管機關或勞工保險局依法查處。
