The Motion Picture Act Article 11
Motion pictures that have received a rating may be publicly screened for a period of four years, saving those meeting the following conditions:1. Where the authorized distribution period is less than four years, the period granted shall be the same as the authorized distribution period.2. Where the film is being screened at a film festival, the period granted shall be the same as the length of said film festival.

經審議分級之電影片，其公開映演之有效期間為四年。
但有下列情形之一者，不在此限：
一、授權發行期間不及四年者，以授權發行期間為限。
二、於影展映演之電影片，以該影展期間為限。
但有下列情形之一者，不在此限：
一、授權發行期間不及四年者，以授權發行期間為限。
二、於影展映演之電影片，以該影展期間為限。
