Regulations Governing the Classification of Motion Pictures and Trailers and the Use of advertisements and promotional materials for a motion picture Article 12
Motion pictures and motion picture advertisements shall be given the “Parental guidance” rating where any of the following applies:1. Where fighting,burglary,thrills,occult or bizarre phenomena,or twisted interpretations of society are depicted that could be detrimental to the behavior or psychology of children.2. Where there is concern over how sex, corrupt morals, or values are being depicted.

電影片、電影片之廣告片內容有下列情形之一，且無前三條情形，列為「護」級。
一、涉及打鬥、竊盜、驚悚、玄奇怪異或社會畸型現象，對兒童行為或心理有不良影響之虞者。
二、涉及性或有混淆道德、價值觀之虞者。
