Public Television Act Article 30
The business year of the PTS Foundation shall be identical with the fiscal year of the government.The annual business plan and the revenue and expenditure budget of the PTS Foundation shall be compiled by the president and then sent to the board of directors for review.To apply for government contributions as a part of its annual funds, the PTS Foundation shall submit the annual business plan and the revenue and expenditure budget to the board of directors for approval and then to the regulatory agency for the required budget procedure.

公視基金會之事業年度與政府會計年度一致。
公視基金會之年度計畫及收支預算，由總經理編製後，報請董事會審議。
公視基金會之年度經費需由政府捐贈之部分，應附具年度事業計畫及收支預算，提請董事會通過後，報請主管機關循預算程序辦理。
