Public Television Act Article 23
The president shall be directed and supervised by the board of directors in conducting the business of the PTS Foundation. Within the scope of his powers, the president shall represent the PTS Foundation. The vice presidents shall assist the president with the business, and shall act on his behalf in his absence.Managers and other first-level executives shall be nominated by the president and approved by the board of directors.

總經理受董事會指揮監督，執行基金會之業務，在執行職務範圍內，對外代表基金會；副總經理襄助總經理處理業務，於總經理因故不能視事時，代理其職務。
