Underwater Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 42
The competent authority may provide reward or subsidies to one who has contribution to the preservation, restoration, protection, talent personnel cultivation, educational promotion of, or has merit in underwater cultural heritage activities approved.The competent authority shall stipulate regulations related to the scope, methods, content, standard and other related matters of the reward and subsidies referred to in the preceding paragraph.

對於水下文化資產保存、修復、保護、管理、人才培育及教育宣導工作有貢獻，或經核准進行各類水下文化資產活動著有績效者，主管機關得給予獎勵或補助。
前項獎勵或補助之範圍、方法、內容、基準及其他相關事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
