Underwater Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 21
The Republic of China may enter into bilateral, regional or other multilateral agreements or develop existing agreements with other states or international organizations, for the preservation, protection, and management of underwater cultural heritage.The competent authority may undertake international cooperation in underwater cultural heritage, including collaborating in the investigation, research, excavation, preservation, notification and relevant technologies of such heritage.

中華民國為保存、保護及管理水下文化資產，得與其他國家或國際組織簽訂雙邊、區域、多邊協定或國際文件。
主管機關得就水下文化資產之調查、研究、發掘、保存、通知及相關技術等事項，進行國際合作。
