Underwater Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 18
The citizen or the vessel master of the Republic of China, who discovers suspected underwater cultural heritage or activities directed at underwater cultural heritage in the exclusive economic area or on the continental shelf of other states, shall promptly report such discovery or activity to the competent authority.The Republic of China may report such discovery or activity referred to in the preceding paragraph to the relevant states or international organizations.
中文原文 水下文化資產保存法第18條
中華民國國民或中華民國國籍之船舶船長，在其他國家專屬經濟海域內、大陸礁層上發現疑似水下文化資產，或有意進行以水下文化資產為標的之活動時，應即通知主管機關。
中華民國得就前項發現或活動，通知相關國際組織或該其他國家。
